The ordered items shall be delivered by the following shipping companies specified by us.
Shipping Companies
DHL, Japan Post (EMS, e-packet)
*Japan Post is currently suspended due to COVID-19. We apologize for the inconvenience. When it is available again, be aware that we may use it without additional notice. Please note the shipping company when ordering.
Processing Period Before Shipping
In-stock items will usually be shipped within 3-4 business days after placing your order. For items that are out of stock, it may take 1-2 months from ordering to shipping. In addition, if the manufacturer or supplier has a large amount of shipment and other work, and it is not possible to deliver as scheduled, or if delivery is delayed due to circumstances of the delivery company, the shipping and delivery period will be longer than usual. We are not responsible for delays due to this reason.
If You Cannot Receive the Delivered Items After a Long Period of Time
You may specify that the items will be delivered outside your place of residence. However, if you do not receive the items yourself, please notify the delivery destination or recipient in advance that the items will be delivered from us to ensure a successful delivery. If the items are returned to us due to refusal of receipt, long-term absence, or other reasons that are not our responsibility, the customer will bear the actual cost of shipping and the shipping fee at the time of return.
Change Shipping Address
You can change the shipping address of the items specified on the checkout page by contacting us for the period before we start the shipping arrangement. If we are notified by the customer that the shipping address will be changed after the shipping arrangement is started, we may be unable to comply with the customer’s request and the customer will be changing the shipping address at their own risk and expense.
How to Check the Delivery Status
After we have completed the shipping arrangements for you, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your package. If you would like to know the delivery status, please enter the tracking number on the relevant page of the delivery company’s website (DHL, Japan Post) and confirm.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs may vary depending on the items ordered, shipping method, and shipping country/region. For details, please refer to the Shipping Cost List and Shipping Category by Country/Region. You can also enter your shipping address on the checkout page to see your total payment, including shipping. The total payment does not include Duty and VAT, so you will be responsible for it. Please consult your country/region’s customs legislation for more information about potential additional charges.
